Former Inspire Europe product manager joins as Head of Business Development as the company targets 50% growth in its homeworking network by the end of 2027.

Personal Holiday Advisors, part of Constant Travel Group, has appointed Christopher Meddows as Head of Business Development as it looks to accelerate the expansion of its homeworking network and strengthen its product offering.

Meddows brings around 20 years of travel industry experience to the role, including more than 14 years with Inspire Europe, where he oversaw product and commercial activity across the group’s diverse travel operations, spanning homeworking, charity partnerships, travel gift cards, loyalty programmes and specialist travel products. His extensive experience in supplier relationship management and commercial development is complemented by earlier roles with On the Beach and First Choice.

In his new position, Meddows will play a key role in growing the Personal Holiday Advisors network, with the business targeting an increase of at least 50% in homeworker numbers by the end of 2027.

A major focus of his role will be developing the company’s existing cruise, long-haul and touring offerings, while strengthening supplier partnerships and expanding the range of products available to both new and existing Personal Holiday Advisors.

The appointment comes during a period of continued growth for Personal Holiday Advisors, which was established in 2018 and is on track for a record sales year.
