Personal Holiday Advisors are an award-winning homeworking division of the Constant Travel group and operate as a franchise of the Hays Travel Independence Group, one of the largest independent travel businesses in the UK.

We have been successfully operating as a travel business for over 20 years, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Personal Holiday Advisors started in 2018 as a stand-alone homeworking travel division due to the changing nature of UK retail travel and started recruiting experienced travel professionals who had the commitment and drive to develop their own businesses.

The homeworking division has been rapidly expanding, and our Personal Holiday Advisors provide exceptional holiday products from over 300 suppliers at competitive prices. We have been recognised by the UK travel trade with awards from Travel Trade Gazette for best travel homeworker and nominated by Travel Weekly for best homeworking travel company.

We are an independent travel agency, which means we are not biased towards any tour operator or travel group and so can offer totally impartial travel advice and find our customers the right holiday at the right price.

As a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group you have peace of mind knowing we are financially protected.  We are members of ABTA (ABTA No. P7577) and we hold an ATOL Licence (5534) and operate as a member of the Hays Travel Group which is the UK’s largest independently owned Travel Agent. We will provide holidays services where we act as a Tour Operator or Travel Agent. When we act as Tour Operator, holidays will be booked using our ATOL licence and your Tour Operator will be Hays Travel Group trading as Constant Travel. When we act as your agent your contract will be with the Tour Operator, and their financial protection (if any) applies, the Tour Operator terms will be applicable, these will be provided prior to booking. Either way, all air inclusive packages are protected by the ATOL scheme of either our business or the Tour Operators.
