I currently live in Normanton with my husband Robert and our two incredible children. Travel has always been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally.
My journey in the travel industry began in 2001 when I completed a two-year Travel & Tourism course at Wakefield College. In 2003, I spent a summer season working in Alcudia, Majorca — an experience that truly cemented my love for the industry.
Over the following 17 years, I worked for three High Street travel agencies, progressing through a variety of roles including Travel Advisor, Customer Service Manager, and most recently Branch Manager. These years gave me extensive experience in customer care, operations, sales, and creating tailor-made holiday experiences.
Destinations I’ve Experienced
I have been fortunate to visit some incredible destinations, including Rome, the Dominican Republic, Disneyland Paris, Mexico, Orlando, Greece, Rio de Janeiro, Turkey and Spain.
From vibrant cities and cultural landmarks to tropical beaches and theme park adventures, my first-hand experience allows me to offer genuine, informed advice when planning your holiday.

After being made redundant at the end of 2020, I realised I simply was not ready to step away from an industry I had dedicated 17 years to — a career I truly loved and felt passionate about. That turning point gave me the opportunity to channel my knowledge and experience into building my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor.
