Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be Your Personal Holiday Advisor!
I started my travel career back in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in ‘Travel and Tourism Services’ with one of the UK’s leading high street travel agents. After spending 2 years completing my apprenticeship, I progressed straight into the management of that same travel agency and I enjoyed another 3 years creating perfect holidays for my customers.
In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I decided to pursue my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After 8 weeks of intensive training, I ‘got my wings’ with a leading UK airline and have visited everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok and from San Francisco to Sydney! In 2018, I began to really miss creating perfect holidays for my customers, so here I am… Your Personal Holiday Advisor! I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the UK’s largest independent travel agent. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I will take the time to create your perfect holiday at a time to suit you… There are no queues or distractions, I am independent and totally focused on you! I will search and compare all the leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deal, plus I am both ABTA and ATOL protected, so you can book with confidence!
In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th Birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team! Olivia joins us with a wealth of travel experience and knowledge, previously working for big names like Jet2holidays and TUI. I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya, Turkey.
In 2024 I was honoured to be awarded ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Industry Awards in London, widely considered to be the ‘Oscars of the travel industry!’
I offer everything from chilled beach escapes to worldwide tours and from cruises to city breaks! I am also a Booking Agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays, Cruises and many more… I am proud to be a Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Accredited Cruise Expert & Qualified Australia Specialist.
I can secure selected holidays and cruises with a low deposit and you can spread the cost with the option to pay monthly by Direct Debit!
