I booked a trip for my family of four with Janina to Greece. Wow! What can I say? It was the perfect holiday experience. From the beginning to the end, Janina confidently negotiated all our needs and requirements (tricky with a 16 year old and a 6 year old!). Nothing was too much for Janina and she researched the dream hotel for us all. We had excellent food, family fun and watersports for my eldest. All in all a great success. We have used Tasha for all our holiday needs for the last 7 years. We usually visit Goa every January, she always finds us the best possible deal, going above and beyond to find us everything we are looking for. our last holiday especially, in January 2020, just before COVID, we had found a place we wanted to stay, but it wasn't in any brochures, she managed to get in touch with the owners, get us booked in, and we had a wonderful time, so much so, we rebooked as soon as we got home for this year, which unfortunately was canceled due to COVID. I really think Tasha delivers a 5* service, her knowledge and professionalism make her stand out from the rest. We would not use anyone else.

Emma booked our familymoon for us. Provided great service and got us an amazing deal. Our son has additional needs so she made sure everything was straightforward and as easy as possible for us at the airport, hotel, and transfers, etc. If you're looking for a great holiday without the stress & hassle of finding it yourself I would definitely recommend her 100%

Nicola organised myself and my wife's honeymoon There was quite a bit involved as we went from uk to Vegas then vegas to Cancun and Cancun to UK Nicola went over and above in her pursuit to ensure that our honeymoon was as amazing as we could wish for We made upgrade changes midway through and it was absolutely no trouble at all for Nicola to make the changes we required 5* service and we will definitely be using Nicola's help and services in the future for all of our adventures

Samantha helped me plan a surprise new year trip to San Francisco with hire cars so we could drive to Vegas, different hotels different flights, all of Samantha’s help was fantastic and helped make our holiday great, we had a fabulous time and made loads of memories. Came to Samantha after a long stretch of work, desperate for a holiday, and frustrated after looking through loads of popular holiday websites. Gave her a budget, what we were looking for.... and that we wanted to leave next week! Within a couple of hours we had a few selections to choose from and chose a trip to Rhodes. The hotel and resort were exactly to our specifications - somewhere with life but not too busy so we could relax too. She checked us in and went above and beyond the call of duty. Tasha has booked several holidays for us over the years, and we have always been more than happy with her customer service, and knowledge of the travel industry. the one that we were most pleased with, was our trip around Italy. We went to Rome, Florence, Lake Garda, and Venice, over the course of 10 days. Tasha arranged our flights to Rome, and back from Venice. She arranged our accommodation and gave us excellent information on traveling from one to another via train. It was one of our best trips, by far. I highly recommend you give Tasha a try. Christian was an absolute delight to work with for our recent holiday booking. We made many changes along the way, changing our dates many times and this never phased Christian. He was always there when we needed him and was nice to just have a direct mobile through to our agent where as previous agent's we would deal with many different people having at some points to relay previous conversations. It was refreshing to have one point of contact for all our needs. I did check the price against other companies we had used in the past and Christian was by far cheaper, over £500 in this case and even gave us extra special touches like a free upgrade to Premium cabin on some of our flights, couldn't believe this was all possible when choosing a person travel agent.
