ABOUT ME

I currently live in Normanton with my Husband Robert and our 2 incredible children. I started my career in the Travel Industry in 2001 with a 2-year Travel & Tourism course at Wakefield College followed by a Summer working in Alcudia, Majorca in 2003. Since then I spent the next 17 years working for three High Street Travel Agencies, in varying roles from Travel Advisor to Customer Service Manager and most recently Branch Manager.

I have been very lucky to visit some amazing destinations over the years, which include Rome, Dominican Republic, Disneyland Paris, Mexico, Orlando, Greece, Rio De Janeiro, Turkey, and Spain.

After being made redundant at the end of 2020, I realised I just wasn’t ready to leave the Travel Industry after working so hard for 17 years doing a job that I loved and was so passionate about which is why I have decided to put my knowledge and experience into becoming a Personal Holiday Advisor and building my own Travel Business.

As a Personal Holiday Advisor, I have the flexibility to work with you at your convenience, 7 days per week. You don’t need to spend hours searching online, let me take the stress away by planning and perfecting your next holiday. Whether it’s a
Romantic City Break, a Family Beach Holiday, or a Luxury Long Haul Trip, I can take care of it all and everything in between!

As a Personal Holiday Advisor, I am backed by Constant Travel (Est. 2005) and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group with full ABTA & ATOL Protection.

When I wanted to book a holiday in 2019 to Ibiza for one week in August. I decided to go to Nicola to book my holiday. We looked at the options with the airports in the UK and where it was convenient to myself living in Leeds to get there looking at several options, I particularly wanted to be close to the beach, bed, and breakfast and only 1 mile from Ibiza town centre. After looking at several options Nicolacame up with a superb holiday for one week in Ibiza bed and breakfast close to the beach, at an amazing price. Nicola was very attentive, very professional, very organised. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my holiday booking with Nicola, I was asking questions about the hotel and the paperwork involved. About three weeks before I went to Ibiza I received in the post my itinerary for the holiday with details of the flights and the accommodation oh and the transfers as well. Extremely happy and pleased that I booked with Nicola, one extremely satisfied customer, I would certainly book with Nicola again and I highly recommend her.
