Personal Holiday Advisors capitalises on a surge in home working applicants and are getting travel staff back to work.
Personal Holiday Advisors’ part of the Constant Travel Group have seen a considerable increase in the number of applications over the last 2 months with over 70 applicants a week and are getting travel staff back to work as part of its’ homeworking division.
Jason Williams, Business Development Manager, joined Personal Holiday Advisors at the end of 2019 after 8 years with Thomas Cooks’ Freedom Travel Group. He has been tasked with expanding the home working division and explains,

We have currently been getting a new homeworker set up and started every week for the last 4 weeks.

We started remote training a few weeks ago and have taken on two new commission-based homeworkers in that time, they didn’t notice any change in the quality of the training and are now up and running and able to focus on growing their network and doing what they love, promoting and selling Holidays “.
