Christian was an absolute delight to work with for our recent holiday booking. We made many changes along the way, changing our dates many times and this never phased Christian. He was always there when we needed him and was nice to just have a direct mobile through to our agent where as previous agent's we would deal with many different people having at some points to relay previous conversations. It was refreshing to have one point of contact for all our needs. I did check the price against other companies we had used in the past and Christian was by far cheaper, over £500 in this case and even gave us extra special touches like a free upgrade to Premium cabin on some of our flights, couldn't believe this was all possible when choosing a person travel agent.
